I had the pleasure of staying at Atlantis The Palm a few years ago, and I recently revisited it from the outside. The hotel still exudes its signature grandeur, maintaining its status as on top luxury resorts. The architectural beauty of the hotel never fails to impress. From its striking design to the views of the Arabian Gulf, it's a spectacle whether you’re visiting inside or admiring it from the outside. The atmosphere remains vibrant, and the resort continues to be a top destination for both tourists and locals. Although I didn’t stay this time, seeing the resort again reminded me of its unmatched charm. The expansive grounds, beautiful beaches, and the famous Palm Jumeirah island add to its allure. Whether you're looking to experience the luxurious accommodations or just enjoy the spectacular sights, Atlantis The Palm is truly a must-see. A highly recommended destination for anyone visiting Dubai, whether staying or just admiring its magnificence from afar.

Awesome! The service and kindness of their staff is the most valuable experience we had! The hotel is great, the view was breathtaking! Lots of activities, kids friendly environment, we just loved it! Many options to eat with local and international food, amazing infinity pool, beach access, and accesible to the water park, aquarium, and train! The included valet parking is the most helpful perk, with very supportive people always wanting to help! This place is a must!

Hello, we stayed at this hotel between March 10-14. Our purpose of travel was some business connections. They chose this hotel to host us. I can say that it is one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. There are many social activities. There is a unique sea view on both sides of the hotel. The rooms are very clean and functional. The staff is extremely attentive. Especially the floor attendant, MD Mahabud, helped us a lot in every way, whenever we opened the door of our room, he asked us if we needed anything. In short, everything was very nice. I recommend it without hesitation. Thank you. I hope we see each other again.

We came to Atlantis, The Palm to celebrate my husband's birthday—a special occasion I was truly excited for. We’ve stayed at this hotel two or three times in the past and had nothing but amazing experiences. Sadly, this visit was the complete opposite. It was upsetting, stressful, and honestly, it has left a bad taste that’s hard to forget. After driving 10 hours from Qatar with my wife and two kids, we arrived at the hotel at 1:00 PM completely exhausted. We were told the room would be ready “very soon,” but instead, we were left waiting for two full hours. No updates, no genuine apologies—just the same line repeated again and again while our children sat tired and restless. The manager’s behavior was especially shocking. She was abrupt, unhelpful, and lacked even the most basic courtesy. At one point, I told her directly, “You’ve been no help at all—you’ve done jack-all,” which was absolutely true given the way we were treated. Rather than taking feedback on board, she became confrontational and demanded an apology from me. When I didn’t give one, she threatened to call security. We were stunned. All we wanted was a room we had paid for and some respect as paying guests. We finally received the key at exactly 3:00 PM, as if they were making a point that they wouldn’t give it to us a minute earlier, despite assuring us several times it was almost ready. The whole situation felt petty, mean-spirited, and completely devoid of the professionalism you’d expect from a five-star resort. What should have been a joyful birthday celebration turned into a stressful ordeal. I now feel like I don’t even want to be anywhere near this hotel again. It’s incredibly sad to see how far the service standards have fallen. It seems like the kind, competent staff we remember from previous visits have all moved over to Atlantis, The Royal. Atlantis, The Palm didn’t just let us down—they actively ruined what should have been a special and memorable trip. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or celebratory experience. You will be treated better in McDonald's!

A big compliment to the Atlantis Hotel & the lifeguards at the pool! Let’s be honest: Atlantis is a huge hotel with countless visitors. And considering how many people are here, every single staff member puts in an incredible amount of effort. Of course, things can go wrong sometimes, but the team always makes sure to fix any mistakes, apologize, and ensure that the service meets high standards. But what I really want to highlight today is the lifeguards at the pool. It’s crazy to think about sitting in the sun for ten to twelve hours a day while staying focused and alert the entire time. What really touched me: A child was playing with their mother. The mother turned away for a moment and didn’t notice that the child swallowed water and had their head underwater. Without hesitation, a lifeguard jumped straight into the pool and swam to the child. This gives you an incredibly good feeling because it shows how attentive and professional this team is. Despite their long shifts, they stay highly focused and make sure that everyone is safe. A huge thank you and my deepest respect for this amazing team!
