Universal Studios Resort offers a number of dining locations throughout Universal Studios, Universal's Islands of Adventure, Universal's Volcano Bay, Universal CityWalk, and their Resort Hotels that can accommodate different dietary needs.

Research Dining Options Before You Arrive

Whilst you're making plans for your visit to Universal Orlando Resort™, browse through their online menus and familiarise yourself with the available options. If you have any questions after viewing the menus you can contact Guest Services on Food.Allergy@universalorlando.com

Check With Restaurants While In Resort

Don't worry if you're not able to research menus ahead of time; you can speak to a chef or manager at any restaurant in Universal Orlando Resort™, or at any of the Resort Hotels, while you're there. Just let them know which member of your party has a food allergy or intolerance, and what that allergy/intolerance is. The culinary staff will make every effort to prevent that allergen from coming into contact with any part of that guests meal.

Bringing Your Own Food

You are also able to bring your own food into Universal Orlando Resort™ if you prefer. Simply notify a Security Team Member performing the security bag check at the front gate that you or a member of your party has a food allergy/intolerance. Items should be contained in a soft-sided cooler; glass is not allowed.

Kosher Meals

Universal Orlando Resort™ are pleased to provide kosher menu options for guests at the following restaurants: Lombard's Seafood Grille™ and Finnegan's Bar & Grill™ in Universal Studios; Confisco Grille™ and Mythos Restaurant™ in Universal's Islands of Adventure; and Bambu in Universal's Volcano Bay.

Kosher menu options include: salmon, chicken and Salisbury steak. Please note that quantities are limited and 72 hours advance notice is required for preparation purposes. Please call Universal Orlando Resort™ Guest Services at (407) 224-4233 to arrange a kosher meal during your visit.

Making Dining Reservations

Please note that many of the popular dining locations do book up quickly, especially during holidays and special events. Universal Studios Resort accepts reservations up to 30 days in advance to help you plan ahead.

To make a dining reservation online, visit the restaurant page of your choice and look for "Make a Reservation", or call (407) 224-3663 to make a reservation over the phone with Universal Studios Resort. While speaking with the dining reservations team, let them know about any food allergies or intolerances.
