How can I link my booking to the official Disneyland Paris app?

We know first-hand that there’s no better feeling than seeing the countdown to your magical break drop day by day as your departure date slowly creeps up.

If you’re struggling to link your booking to the official Disneyland® Paris app, please don’t worry. Our team of Disney experts have put together a detailed step by step walkthrough on how to do just that.

Step 1. Begin by downloading the official Disneyland® Paris app from the App Store/Google Play Store and sign in or create an account.

Step 2. Next, locate the "account" option situated at the lower right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3. Select "Link Tickets or Booking" which should be in blue hovering towards the bottom of the page.

Step 4. Ensure to tick the box labelled "Hotel Booking."

Step 5. Input your unique Disney booking reference and your last name. You can find your Disney booking reference within your MagicBreaks travel documents. It's worth noting that this reference is different from your order number.

Step 6. Return to the app's home page and once again, tap on the "account" option located at the lower right corner.

Step 7. Now, click on "upcoming," and your booking information should become visible. This will only display details of your hotel stay, along with the check-in and check-out dates.

Step 8. Click on "your booking," and it’s here that you’ll see your countdown.

Step 9. Finally, between 1 to 7 days before your scheduled arrival, you will gain the ability to complete your online check-in.
